The Virginia Beach Lifeguard Association (VBLA) Junior Lifeguard Camp is committed to teaching the fundamentals of beach safety, first aid and environmental awareness. The camp’s priorities are Safety - Fun - Education.

Campers are eligible as long as they turn 9 years old during the current Calendar Year. Every camper should be able to swim 100 meters continuously and be confident in their swimming abilities in the ocean.
