Boys & Girls Lacrosse instruction, camps.
Programs for ages 18mos - 12 years old. Introduces the fundamentals of a variety of different sports (soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, football, track and field, baseball, and golf) in a non-competitive environment. Classes, Single/Multi-Day Camps and Birthday Parties are available. Community programs in Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Yorktown, VA.
Beyond the Net Training Performance Program is designed to develop sport-specific skills at all levels - novice, club, elementary school middle school, high school, and college. Field hockey, lacrosse, team training, one-on-one training.
Coastal Crush is a nonprofit league that has Fall and Spring season as well as skill clinics. Girls and Boys Fall Lacrosse all skill levels. Girls from Kindergarten through High School. Boys Kindergarten through 8th grade. Join the fun learning and playing lacrosse. Certified coaches are ready to share their knowledge.

Youth Lacrosse
Legacy Lacrosse is a boys and girls youth lacrosse program serving kids ages 4-18. We offer introductory programs, a recreation league, training teams, and club teams. We create opportunities to teach perseverance, integrity, resilience and teamwork. We are committed to excellence and Leaving your Legacy on the field. Camps and training clinics are offered regularly.

Southside Lacrosse is open to boys and girls in grades 1 - 8, Southside Lacrosse League provides a US Lacrosse-based structure that provides student-athletes the opportunity to learn and play the sport within a structure that is best for each stage of growth and development.

Our goal at SportsTyme is to encourage kids to experiment with new sports and activities in a relaxed environment. The emphasis is placed on FUN while campers learn the importance of good character and sportsmanship. We believe that every child is a gift, and that belief forms the foundation for our daily team building exercises where campers are taught the value of honesty, humility, and teamwork.
Youth Lacrosse
The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
