Skateboarding camp for beginners and intermediates ages 6 and up (and mature 5 year olds). Focus on creating a strong skateboarding skill foundation, safety, creative fun, teamwork and more.

Based out of Virginia Beach, Ebbing Tides provides Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP) sales, rentals, lessons, and tours in the Chesapeake Bay, Lynnhaven Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean.

K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads. The club practices at locations in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News. Ages 7+

K2 Diving offers diving instruction for the new diver just starting out, to the advanced elite diver, and everyone in between. Formed in 2011, K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads and is the only competitive springboard dive club in the area, encompassing Southeastern Va. and a 100-mile radius.

42-acre preserve with more than 12,000 feet of shoreline. Boating, fishing, playground, trails, fishing platform, boat ramp, picnic area, bathrooms and more. Now available at Lake Lawson/ Lake Smith, rent a kayak from a kiosk that functions like a vending machine.

Public park on the beach with pier, beach access, playground, picnic areas, athletic courts - basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, pickleball, tennis. Canoe/kayak launch. Seasonal rentals of kayaks, paddleboards and fishing poles. Public restrooms.

Surfers Healing hosts regular day camps at the beach where autistic children and their families can be exposed to a completely new experience of surfing.

Services offered include tutoring in all subjects, tutoring at the elementary, middle, high school, & college levels.

Educational therapy for learning disabilities & ADD/ADHD.
Complete and partial Psycho-Educational Evaluations and Full written reports
Parent and teacher conferences

Presented by the Oyster Reef Keepers of Virginia. We use our child-sized kayaks, stand up paddleboards, surfboards, nets and explore our local estuarine habitats on every
Sea Camp. All camps are 9 AM – 4 PM. Proceeds support our award winning student oyster restoration program with
local schools.

Surfing Camps and Lessons

The Virginia Beach Lifeguard Association (VBLA) Junior Lifeguard Camp is committed to teaching the fundamentals of beach safety, first aid and environmental awareness. The camp’s priorities are Safety - Fun - Education.

Campers are eligible as long as they turn 9 years old during the current Calendar Year. Every camper should be able to swim 100 meters continuously and be confident in their swimming abilities in the ocean.

Serving individuals with disabilities in our community, and their families, by offering watersports events such as clinics, workshops and training sessions to instruct and develop our disabled athletes and support staff.

Natural area with available hiking, fishing, bird watching, horseback riding, nature observation. Multi-use trails: 2.5 miles of soft path and .3 miles of paved ADA-compliant trails.
