Camp JCC Tidewater is an immersive, well-rounded day camp experience in Virginia Beach. The Camp JCC tradition provides children in kindergarten through eighth grade experiences that prepare them for life’s journeys — through connections, values, friendships, growth and fun.

Open to children of all faiths and backgrounds, Camp JCC Tidewater creates a safe space for campers and staff to learn and grow through building relationships with each other, engaging in fun and meaningful programming, and embracing old and new camp traditions.

Summer Art Education Camps for Ages 3-15! Experience a summer filled with artistic exploration and self-expression at Noah's Art Studios. Art education camps are designed to engage and enrich students ranging from ages 3 to 15.

Camp Offerings:
At Noah's Art Studios, we offer a variety of half-day and full-day camps to suit your child's interests and schedule. Our weekly half-day camps run from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm, while our full-day camps run from 9am-3pm.

If you need a later pick-up time for full-day camps, there is an additional option at $30 per hour. Simply email Contact@noahsartstudios to schedule the pick-up time.

Dates and Logistics:
Summer camps run from June 24th to August 17th, providing ample opportunities for your child to unleash their creative potential throughout the summer. Please remember to pack a nut-free lunch and water bottle for your child every day. Snacks will be provided.

Forget about the hassle of purchasing art supplies!
All art supplies and materials are included in the camp fee. Your child will have access to a wide range of quality materials to bring their artistic visions to life.

Summer’s Best Two Weeks is a transformative camp experience for grades K-8th to introduce kids to a variety of sports, develop their skills, and teach them to honor God and one another in the way they compete in sports and all of life.

Activities include football, basketball, soccer, hockey, ultimate Frisbee, kickball, wrestling, tumbling, crafts, trampoline, swimming, and more!

This summer, we have 6 one week ME3 camps and 3 full two-week SB2W camps at different locations around Hampton Roads from June 17-August 2.

Come be a star at Hurrah! Ages 5+. No experience necessary!

Camp registration is open! You must call 757-627-5437 M-F 9:00am to 4:30pm to register.

The Hurrah Players fun and interactive camps will teach campers to Act, Sing and Dance! There is a small performance on the last day and an optional field trip. Camps are 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, with available aftercare until 5:30 pm if needed.

Our June Summer Camps offer gymnastics programs for kids of different ages to experience a week of fun gymnastics and grow strong and flexible! Gymnastics Summer Camps in June:

Session 1: June 17-21, 2024; M – F. 9am to 12pm. Ages 3-6 years old; cost - $300/per week

Pink Pearl Summer Bridge Camps in July and August are designed for kids to advance in their school subjects as well as stay active during the summer. We offer outsourced home school program with Robinson Curriculum and Summer Bridge books.

This program allows kids to keep up with the material they learned during the school year and prepare them for the next grade. The Summer Bridge program will continue during the school year as outsourced home school program for the school year: September 3, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

D’Art STEAM Summer Camp is where Art meets Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Every week of camp is a different theme with activities involving clay, mixed media, digital art, and more. Throughout these weeks campers work collaboratively, enjoy short field trips, learn from professional artists, and create unique art projects using a variety of media and techniques.

Explore the intersection of innovation and development with ODU STEM & Esports Camps! At these camps, youth ages 8-14 will dive into exciting STEM activities and budding esports enthusiasts ages 13-18 will sharpen their gaming skills.

Activities take place in Old Dominion University’s cutting-edge Monarch Esports Arena.

Mad Science camps keep kids engaged and learning during the summer break. We offer a variety of topics at multiple locations around Hampton Roads.

Whether your kid is into chemistry, engineering, detective science or everything science, we've got a camp they are sure to love!

Working with professional theater artists, campers will participate in fun, theatrical experiences that engage their imaginations. This two-week program includes creative writing, character study, improvisation, movement, and games.

Held at The Governor’s School for the Arts and the historic Wells Theatre, all camps create and present an original production based on camp themes to be performed for friends and family!

The Nature Bus has 16 seats, allowing 16 campers per camp session. *Please note: To ensure the best possible experience for all campers, we request a teacher recommendation for each student enrolling in Nature Quest camps.

Hop on board The Nature Bus and explore outdoor nature activities and adventures. Campers will depart daily from REI in Town Center, Virginia Beach, and activities will include visits to different outdoor parks and nature preserves each day, allowing for the exploration of a variety of ecosystems, and hands-on, up-close identification of plants and animals (including native plants and pollinators).

Campers will learn about the use of naturalist tools & methods, birding, swimming, nature journaling, watercolor painting, nature meditations, eco arts, naturalist challenges, environmental stewardship, and so much more!

The overall "vibe" of Nature Bus camps is a peaceful feeling. Camp days are filled with zen-like, relaxed activities to encourage campers to use their senses to experience nature in a manner in which naturalists approach the natural world. Our goal is to awe children/teens, inspire a sense of wonder, and develop their naturalist skills.

Summer art camps at the Mary M. Torggler Fine Arts Center, on the campus of Christopher Newport University, run June 17 - August 15 and serve children ages 5-14 in three age groups: 5-7, 8-10, and 11-14. Camps are half-day classes held four days per week, typically Monday through Thursday. Register for both morning and afternoon sessions to enjoy a full day of art camp, complete with a supervised lunch period and optional after-care if desired.

This year’s camps are more fun and creative than ever, and include digital art, ceramics, mixed-media, sculpture, painting, felting, and so much more! In Outdoor Adventure Camp, children ages 5–15 embark on a journey of discovery, friendship, and excitement! Our camp is designed to provide a safe and engaging environment for young adventurers to explore the great outdoors, build new skills, and create lasting memories.

Campers have a variety of activities to choose from including the Alpine Tower, archery, swimming, group games, and more!

Drone, drones, everywhere! Learn how to fly a drone and improve your skills. Practice planning and flying Search and Rescue Missions, parachute drops, medical deliveries, and other fun flight activities.

Build drone obstacle courses, and large tower structures to inspect.

Everyone will leave the camp with their own drone that they built, which is capable of stunt flights and 3D flips.

Learn to take pictures and videos with a drone. We will even learn to program a drone, read weather reports and how to talk on a radio like a pilot!

Pass The Recreational UAS Safety Test to become a recreational drone pilot. All drones are provided. No previous experience is required. Fun for girls and boys. We make STEM learning fun!

Summer Farm Camp is an educational outdoor summer camp for children ages 6-12.

Children will gain hands-on experience with our petting farm animals, learn the responsibilities of daily animal care, and make new friendships all while disconnecting from the media.

Campers will get to do additional farm activities such as introduction to horseback riding lessons, fishing, paddle boating, explore the TreeWalk Adventure, and more!

Camps meet Monday - Fridays from 9:00am to 3:00pm with after-care available til 5:30pm and free drop off at 8:30am.
