Nauticus Summer Camp combines fun and games with exciting, hands-on STEM to STERN activities, experiments, museum and Battleship Wisconsin exploration and the opportunity to learn how to sail!
The Design. Build. Sail. sessions, recommended for first timers, is open to all children ages 8-13. Experienced sailors or past camp attendees, ages 12-15, are encouraged to build on their sailing skills by attending the Sail Voyagers sessions.

Overnight Summer Camp on the Schooner VirginiaIs your teen ready to explore the southern Bay aboard a 120-foot-tall ship? The Schooner Virginia Overnight camp will immerse your teen in all facets of tall ship sailing from raising sails and standing watches, to ship upkeep and navigation! Sail throughout the southern Chesapeake Bay, campers will make stops at two ports of call to explore cultural sites and local attractions. This incredible opportunity also allows for campers to spend a night (or two) at anchor and experience the beauty of the night sky.

Sail NauticusLearn how to sail with our certified instructors. Several different opportunities are available including The Sail Nauticus First Sail experience - an introduction to sailing in a casual setting. Up to three students and an instructor will learn how to harness the winds and steer the boat on a course.
