Norfolk: Gymnastics

Dance ages 2 1/2 and up: Tiny Tots, Tiny Dancer, Kidnastics, Acro, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical/Contemporary, Pointe, Tap. Tumbling Classes.

Summer 2022 Dance Intensive - King's Daughter Dance Intensive - for dancers ages 7-17 at the Evelyn Ott School of Dance. Study multiple styles of dance including Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Liturgical, Musical Theatre & Voice.

A competition team who competes all year round, travels to different states, and also offers a variety of different classes with different styles and techniques. Pink Pearls are not only known for the outstanding performances but also known for giving back to the community, having a very strong sisterhood, and also having one of the best structure systems that helps all dancers with everyday life!

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.

Multiple programs for Hampton Roads families including fitness and athletic programs for kids and families, toddler programs, swim lessons, arts and theater programs, preschool programs, before/after school child care, summer and out of school camps, teen leadership programs and more.
