At CC PatchWorks LLC, we empower families, homeschool programs, micro-schools, schools and organizations to create learning environments where both parents and children can thrive. Through parent empowerment, customizable workshops, and experiential resources, we center holistic wellness of the parent as the foundation for education.

Our services include:

• Parent Empowerment Services – 1:1 guidance to help parents reset, find clarity, and build confidence.

• Workshops for Parents & Families – interactive sessions on homeschool wellness, family engagement, and flow-based learning.

• Co-op & Micro-school Support – customized facilitation to strengthen community connection and co-teaching practices.

• Speaking & Training for Schools, Organizations and Conferences – sessions that uplift parents and equip leaders and staff to better support families.

• Practical Resources & Tools – guides and printables designed to bring balance into homeschooling, learning experiences and parenting.

Children and Youth Education Center (CYEC) is a virtual education and training center that partners with parents, schools, and childcare programs to improve the academic and social-emotional outcomes for all children, youth, and teens.

Youth Empowerment Support (YES) Program is an education and training program that supports, educates, and empowers all children, youth, and teens to become their most successful selves.

Curriculum Agents has been designing experiential, parent-child centered learning adventures since 2019. We are a team of dedicated education professionals who build customized curriculum plans for young learners with a core focus on the experiential learning experience. 

We do the research to connect you with the tools and resources you need for a stress free parent-child at-home learning experience.

Services: Custom curriculum building, program design and support, educator and tutor training, PD and kids workshops, virtual and in-person tutoring services (coming soon), vibrant supplemental learning materials, and curated reading lists.

Coparenting assistance and education for both parents and organizations. Support Groups, documentation assistance, parenting plans, workshops and coparenting coaching available. Focusing on minimizing child and family trauma, high conflict coparenting, and navigation of coparenting.

Offering parent, child, family coaching. Yoga and mindfulness classes for children and Family Yoga. Tutoring services also are offered online!

A homeschool virtual support program providing curriculum planning and direct instruction for students grades 4-7 for the 2020-2021 school year. Qualified and specialized instruction provided for Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies for non-traditional and out of the box learners. Currently accepting applications for the grades 2nd - 9th grade for upcoming 2021 -2022 school year. In-person and virtual instruction available for September 2021.

Dr. Wendy Schofer, MD is a dual-board-certified pediatrician and lifestyle medicine physician specializing in size-inclusive, relationship-centered habit change for the whole family. Her work focuses on eating disorder prevention and helping parents build lifelong relationships with food, body, self, and ~most importantly~ family.

Parents who are worried about their children’s weight, eating habits, or body image—and who struggle with how their own experiences shape their family's health—find a calm, shame-free space in Dr. Schofer’s virtual practice. Through Family in Focus®, she helps families move away from control, stress, and food fights toward connection, confidence, and lasting health.

The Wesley Community Service Center, Inc. provides multiple programs and support for urgent and unmet individual, family and community needs in the South-side of Portsmouth Virginia. Food distribution, clothes closet, exercise class, Meals on Wheels, Summer Camp.
