Adaptive Dance for All is a program for children and adults of all ages in an inclusive atmosphere. This program serves any mental or physical disabilities to develop social skills, independence, motor learning, and verbal proficiency. Programs are offered throughout the year.

Dance for ages 18 months and up. Dance with Me, Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater and Dance for Special Needs. Summer Programs for all ages.

Homeschool Plus is dedicated to encouraging Christian homeschooling families in their commitment to provide the best possible education for their children. Offering a full range of enrichment and academic classes for PreK - 12th grade.

Hurrah Players Ages 5+, Acting, Dance, Musical Theatre, Inclusive/Adaptive Classes, Summer/Spring Break Camps available.

Swimming lessons for children that cater to individual swimmers' needs and abilities.

Currently offering yoga classes for children ages 2-17 of all ability levels, and Baby & Me Yoga classes.

The Mighty Monarchs Visual Impairment Adapted Sports Program is a no cost community-based program for youth 6-18 with visual impairments and their friends.

Held on the campus of ODU, this program offers the opportunity for youth with visual impairments to participate in adapted sports, throughout the school year. The mission of the Mighty Monarchs Adapted Sports Program at ODU is to empower youth with visual impairments to be physically active members of their schools and communities.

A variety of programs are available through Norfolk Parks and Recreation including computers, athletics, art, music and more. Afterschool programs available. Birthday Parties available.

T-ball, Softball, Baseball & Challenger teams

Old Dominion University's Mighty Monarchs Adapted Sports Program allows children with special needs to participate in athletics and is divided into two separate divisions: visual impairment sports, and wheelchair sports. Ages 3-16. Free Program.

Dance ages 2 and up: Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Mommy & Me and classes for Special Needs

Multiple programs for Hampton Roads families including fitness and athletic programs for kids and families, toddler programs, swim lessons, arts and theater programs, preschool programs, before/after school child care, summer and out of school camps, teen leadership programs and more.
