4-H is the youth (ages 5 to 19) development education program of Virginia Cooperative Extension. 4-H is rich with learning experiences where young people partner with caring adults and volunteers in a fellowship unlike any other program available to youth today. During the summer, 4-H offers a range of day and residential (overnight) camps.

Nature-based preschool movement classes, physical therapy and wellness consults. Held in Virginia Beach, VA and surrounding areas, these nature-based outdoor classes (“Nature Wigglers”) will focus on gross and fine motor movement with a nature or outdoor theme each week. These classes will be geared towards ages 2-6 of all abilities and held at a variety of locations in the region. Siblings under the age of 2 are free to tag along.
