Nature-based preschool movement classes, physical therapy and wellness consults.

Held in Virginia Beach, VA and surrounding areas, these nature-based outdoor classes (“Nature Wigglers”) will focus on gross and fine motor movement with a nature or outdoor theme each week. These classes will be geared towards ages 2-6 of all abilities and held at a variety of locations in the region. Siblings under the age of 2 are free to tag along. Please sign up for my email list to hear about future classes. Spots ARE limited and this will be a caregiver and child class. Themes for each class may change depending on weather.
