Dance ages 2 1/2 and up: Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap. Beginner Gymnastics, Tumble Cheer, Gymnastics and Musical Theater.

Arts Ballet is a pre-professional and community enrichment ballet and performing arts school. Students collaborate in a supportive, disciplined, and inspiring atmosphere that teaches classical & contemporary ballet technique, jazz/tap, & other electives. Classes and Camps for Ages 3 through Adult.

Activities for youth ages 6-18. Education and Career Programs, Health & Life Skills, Character and Leadership Programs, Art Programs, Sports, Fitness and Recreation Programs

Dance2Fit for Kids with Stephanie L. is a high impacted MixxedFit class that involves cardio and many forms of dance incorporated. This class improves muscle tone, strength and endurance while maintaining weight management.

Cultural arts center offering free and paid events every month including concerts, plays, dance performances, movies, children’s programming and instruction. Summer Camps and Birthday Parties Available

At Dreams In Motion Dance Studio, we believe dance is about more than just movement. It's about community, building trust, leaning on and learning from each other and fostering the spirit of self-discovery within each of our dancers.

Dance classes starting at age 2. Mommy/Daddy & Me, Baby Ballet, Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballroom, Tap, and Zumba

Ages 3 and up. Ballet, Baton, Belly Dancing, Jazz, Nubian Folk Dance, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Tap, Tumbling. Yoga available for teens/adults.

The Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs at Fort Eustis include programs for all ages. Programs for children (offered seasonally) include dance, youth sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, cheerleading, fun runs, and robotics. Summer camps available.

Dance for ages 3 and up. Hula dancing, belly dancing, yoga.

Junior Cotillion of Hampton Roads has offered dancing instruction, etiquette, and social graces for young ladies and gentlemen grades five through nine for over 30 years. Six dances are held each year providing a fun and exciting evening with a fast paced and interactive instructional program. Our goal is that the social awareness, confidence, and positive self-esteem that are cultivated through these events will last a lifetime.

We are a Virginia-based Dance company. Offering group/private lessons, live performances, event choreography including weddings, and much more!

Riverview Gymnastics Center is home to the Flipateers and Superkids (competitive and show gymnastics teams) and the city dance team.

The Newport News Summer Institute for the Arts offers an intensive six-week program in dance, theatre arts, music, and visual arts each summer. The Summer Institute for the Arts is intended for rising 8th grade through rising 12th grade students.

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
