British Swim School of Region Name offers a variety of swim lessons for all ages and skill levels - babies, toddlers, kids, or adults.

Coastal Virginia Aquatic Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of CVAC to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities. Each group at CVAC is designed to help swimmers reach a level in which they are ready to continue development in the next training group.

Recreational swim team that swims from mid-September through mid- March. Our goal is to continue a summer swim team experience for the fall and winter months. We are THE place for those that have recently learned to swim and for those that are not ready or willing to make a 12 month commitment to one of the local, highly competitive, USA teams. Our swimmers range in ages from 5 to 18 and are of all skill levels and abilities.

A comprehensive program that gives individuals with disabilities the opportunity to develop functional skills through therapy, acquire leisure skills through leisure education, and enhance leisure lifestyles through recreation participation in the least restrictive environment, based on each individual's needs.

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
