SwimAmerica swim lessons for ages 6mos to adult.
USA Swimming competitive team, ages 4+. Swim team practice locations in Hampton, Newport News, Fort Eustis, Williamsburg and Yorktown, VA.

Recreational summer swim league comprised of 19 teams on the Virginia Peninsula. Season typically begins in middle of June and culminates with a champion meet at the end of July or early August.

K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads. The club practices at locations in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News. Ages 7+

K2 Diving offers diving instruction for the new diver just starting out, to the advanced elite diver, and everyone in between. Formed in 2011, K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads and is the only competitive springboard dive club in the area, encompassing Southeastern Va. and a 100-mile radius.

The Midtown Mystiques is a first class synchronized swimming team, based on team building and fun, with a dash of competition. Any swimmer, ages 5-13, boy or girl, may try out for the team.

Programs for youth available in Acting, Basketball, Boxing, Cheerleading, Cooking, Dance, Foreign Language, Gymnastics, Ice Skating, Martial Arts, Music, Sewing, Soccer, Volleyball, Yoga, Zumba. Not all programs may run during all sessions.

Swim Lessons ages 6mos to adult. Soccer Tots for Kids. Youth athletic classes and camps, babysitter training, childcare available to families using the programs on site. Birthday parties available.

Speech & Swim incorporates speech therapy and swimming lessons. Summer swim lessons and swim camps are available.

We work with friends trying to kick those tough sounds like /l/, /r/, or /s/, following multi step directions, expressing an organized thought or story and social language skills. Whatever goal or area of weakness can be worked on in a fun, engaging environment while simultaneously strengthening swimming skills. All are welcome. We have many students without communication needs attend group or individual lessons to strengthen skills in swimming and stroke technique. Speech & Swim aims to build confidence both in and out of the water.

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
