2KnuckleSports MMA & Fitness offers age-appropriate classes for the entire family, starting as young as 4 years old. Our curriculum is a blend of boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and grappling, giving our students a well-rounded foundation of different disciplines and constantly improving and challenging their fight IQ. We focus on confidence, discipline, fitness and real life skill development in a safe and structured environment. We also offer homeschooling classes, self-defense training and cardio/HIIT classes. USA Ninja Challenge offers classes and programs for all age groups, including 4 to 5-year-olds, 6 to 12-year-olds, and teens. Our curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for today’s youth. We incorporate standard apparatus including rings, balance obstacles, and tumbling surfaces, as well as other specialized ninja training equipment, such as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders and warp walls. Each portion of every obstacle course also includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The desired result of this program is to improve children’s strength, flexibility, and all-around athleticism. We offer weekly classes, homeschool classes, camps, birthday and other private parties, and parents night out events!
