Programs for ages 18mos - 12 years old. Introduces the fundamentals of a variety of different sports (soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, football, track and field, baseball, and golf) in a non-competitive environment. Classes, Single/Multi-Day Camps and Birthday Parties are available. Community programs in Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Yorktown, VA.

Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids compete each week for a chance to earn points. At the end of the Series the boys and girls who accumulate the most points in their respective distances are awarded trophies. All participants receive a medal on Week 5!

New Energy is an informal youth group training together to improve their times in road races as well as their performance in track and field and cross-country events sanctioned by the USA Track and Field (USATF) and AAU. New Energy welcomes all youth runners, ages 6-16, regardless of ability. Practices are informal, and participants are encouraged to attend as many as possible.
