Children’s Harbor operates five early childhood programs. Our locations in Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Norfolk and the Eastern Shore deliver care and education services for infants 6 weeks old to children 10 years old regardless of ethnic, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds. Children’s Harbor strives to assist ALL families seeking quality childcare. Tuition is based on total family income with scholarship options for those in need. We proudly serve armed services personnel and accept GSA and NACCRA subsidies as well as third party clients through VDSS subsidy programs.

Free early childhood education program serving children aged 3-5 in Newport News, Hampton, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth, with a focus on family engagement and school readiness. We also have an Early Head Start program (ages 0-3) in southeastern Newport News.
