Suffolk: Infant and Toddler Programs

Hours: Monday 10:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday – Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Dance Classes ages 2 and up: Ballet, Pointe’, Tap, Jazz, Pom Pom, Hip Hop, Tumbling, Cheer, Contemporary, Yoga, Classical Variations, Progressions, Polynesian, and All Boys Classes. Summer Camps available.

Swimming Lessons for all ages: babies 6 months and up. Toddlers, children, teens and adults who have a fear of the water or Triathletes who desire to shave time off their swim.
Private, semi-private and create your own "custom group" lessons are available. Travel to your location (Chesapeake and Virginia Beach) is available with an additional travel fee.

Open play area designed for children ages 0-7, combined with a serene cafe setting where parents can relax while children play. Regularly scheduled open play, special events, memberships, and birthday parties. Also available - order ahead and pickup curbside: Lattes, Frappes, Refreshers.

Currently offering yoga classes for children ages 2-17 of all ability levels, and Baby & Me Yoga classes.

Parent-child music and movement class for ages 8 months to 4 years old. In our class, we play our instruments to rhythmic patterns, tap along to the beat, and express ourselves through movement. Weekend and weekday classes available. Birthday parties available.

Classes are available in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, as well as occasionally in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Windsor

Soccer instruction ages 2 thru 8. Birthday parties.
