Nature-based preschool movement classes, physical therapy and wellness consults. Held in Virginia Beach, VA and surrounding areas, these nature-based outdoor classes (“Nature Wigglers”) will focus on gross and fine motor movement with a nature or outdoor theme each week. These classes will be geared towards ages 2-6 of all abilities and held at a variety of locations in the region. Siblings under the age of 2 are free to tag along. Social Building Blocks is designed for 3 to 6 aged neurodivergent children, focusing on developing and practicing social skills through purposeful play. Participants, and their caregivers, will be given the opportunity to engage with one another in a welcoming and inclusive environment, creating social connections with those in their community. During this program, participants will engage in structured play, music and movement, and arts and crafts activities, tailored toward turn taking, sharing, and building connections.
