We offer virtual yoga and meditation classes to women and children. Helping women to connect with their mind and body and embrace their best self through physical movement and peaceful meditation. Also, introducing and teaching children mindfulness and loving their unique self.

Marian Blue Yoga offers classes at various locations in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, taking you from the coastal waters of Virginia in our SUP Yoga tours with Ebbing Tides SUP, to more traditional instructional classes, building your personal practice in confidence and strength. Private sessions also available.
