Introduces the fundamentals of a variety of different sports (soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, football, track and field, baseball, and golf) in a non-competitive environment. Classes, Single/Multi-Day Camps and Birthday Parties are available. Community programs in Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Yorktown, VA.

Beyond the Net Training Performance Program is designed to develop sport-specific skills at all levels - novice, club, elementary school middle school, high school, and college. Field hockey, lacrosse, team training, one-on-one training.
