The Armed Services YMCA offers quality Child Care and Before/After Care during the school year as well as SUMMER CAMPS for children ages 5-12. Civilians welcome. Discounted rate for E-5 and below and siblings.

Art camps & workshops for military kids & teens, guided by professional artists who were also raised in military families. Scholarships are available. This program is now based out of the Richmond area.

An educational, fun, parent run, Christian based co-op for families in support of the military. Non military are welcome.

Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek and Fort Story Fleet and Family Service Center

The Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs at Fort Eustis include programs for all ages. Programs for children (offered seasonally) include dance, youth sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, cheerleading, fun runs, and robotics. Summer camps available.

The Hero Kids Foundation’s aim is to provide a multidisciplinary approach to promote and support Military & First Responders' children, together with the whole family, utilizing animal-assisted therapies along with nature-based activities.

This group is for homeschool military families stationed at Joint Base Langley Eustis or surrounding areas. This group is to be used for support, sharing of ideas, planning activities, and encouragement.

Supporting Military Homeschool families through the development of community, educational opportunities and events that provide valuable resources and connections to other military families who understand the journeys we take.

We made this family page to encompass all family members of military stationed (getting stationed or might be stationed) in Virginia. We also welcome retired military members and prior military members. We are mainly about sharing information and being there for each other while stationed in Virginia.

The Sandler Center Foundation provides provides community and education programs including educational matinee performances, free performances for military families, free sensory-friendly performances for individuals and families with special needs.

We're on a mission to equip teenagers with leadership skills and knowledge for a successful transition to adulthood. Our doors are open to all teens, whether from public school, private school, homeschool, or virtual school programs. Our programs empower student members through leadership education, mentorship, hands-on leadership experiences, workshops, conferences, competitive events, and opportunities to build essential skills and self-confidence through community connections.

Military spouse owned, year-round developmental soccer program for all children ages 1-5 with Soccer Playtime sessions for 12 - 23 months, and 5 year old Advanced Skills sessions! Our sessions focus on teaching the fundamentals of soccer, as well as developing gross motor, social, and listening skills.
