K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads. The club practices at locations in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News. Ages 7+

K2 Diving offers diving instruction for the new diver just starting out, to the advanced elite diver, and everyone in between. Formed in 2011, K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads and is the only competitive springboard dive club in the area, encompassing Southeastern Va. and a 100-mile radius.

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.

Youth Sailing Virginia’s mission is to develop a vibrant Youth Sailing Program that serves the greater Hampton Roads area and involves a broad spectrum of the community in both support and participation.
