Dance classes for ages 18months-Adults! We offer dance classes in many different styles including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, and acro. We pride ourselves on a great dance education with small class sizes. Come dance with us!

Firefly Explorers Nature School, outdoor classes for ages 0-6 and caregivers, focused on child-led exploration. Plant a seed of excitement and love for the outdoors while having lots of fun along the way. Classes include nature walks, guided activities, free play, crafts, mud play, and more!

Hampton Roads Soccer is a recreational to travel soccer program for ages 2+. Hampton Roads Soccer is the youth affiliate of Virginia Beach City FC who play in the NPSL. Hampton Rosds Soccer has field partnerships with Norfolk Collegiate, Captain Slade Cutter Athletic Park, and Real Life Chrisitan Church.

Infant Swim Self Rescue Survival Swimming Lessons

Swimming Lessons for all ages: babies 6 months and up. Toddlers, children, teens and adults who have a fear of the water or Triathletes who desire to shave time off their swim. Private, semi-private and create your own "custom group" lessons are available. Travel to your location (Chesapeake and Virginia Beach) is available with an additional travel fee.

Nature-based preschool movement classes, physical therapy and wellness consults. Held in Virginia Beach, VA and surrounding areas, these nature-based outdoor classes (“Nature Wigglers”) will focus on gross and fine motor movement with a nature or outdoor theme each week. These classes will be geared towards ages 2-6 of all abilities and held at a variety of locations in the region. Siblings under the age of 2 are free to tag along. Please sign up for my email list to hear about future classes. Spots ARE limited and this will be a caregiver and child class. Themes for each class may change depending on weather. KidStrong is a kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids. KidStrong helps kids ages 1 (walkers) through age 11 win at life by developing a strong body, mind and character through weekly 45 minute classes led by expert coaches. Camps and birthday parties are available.

Parent-child music and movement class for ages 8 months to 4 years old. In our class, we play our instruments to rhythmic patterns, tap along to the beat, and express ourselves through movement. Weekend and weekday classes available. Birthday parties available. Classes are available in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, as well as occasionally in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Windsor
