The A.C.T.S. Theatre Arts Program is a hands-on, confidence-building experience designed for youth who want to explore creativity through acting, storytelling, and performance. Students meet weekly to develop skills in acting, stage presence, voice projection, and character development while working as a team to bring stories to life. Beyond the stage, the program focuses on building confidence, communication skills, and self-expression in a supportive environment. Participants have the opportunity to be part of live productions, take on both on-stage and behind-the-scenes roles, and engage in real performance experiences that prepare them for larger opportunities including workshops and performances beyond the local stage. Whether your child is outgoing or just beginning to find their voice, A.C.T.S. creates a space where they can grow, be seen, and shine.

The Children's Theatre of Chesapeake is proud to be the only Chesapeake-based theater program for students ages 7-18. Part of the Quality Music and Dance family that has been teaching Chesapeake and Virginia Beach for more than 25 years, the CTOC offers musical theater classes and live stage productions year-round. Each class is marked with a positive, encouraging teaching style from professional educators who are committed to guiding students with patience, creativity, and laughter! Our fully-staged performances utilize set design, costuming, lighting and sound, and will always be an excellent and entertaining watch for any age. ​Once enrolled, students will audition and then be cast in a role. During rehearsal time, students will receive acting, ​singing, and dancing guidance no matter their experience or skill level - NO PART IS A SMALL PART! Each program will culminate in fully-staged, live performances!

Coastal Broadway Collaborative (CBC) is a three-week musical theatre summer intensive. CBC’s innovative musical theatre intensive is a one of a kind pre-professional training program for aspiring theater and musical theater performers ages 10-19. Accepted by audition only.

The Community Outreach Coalition is a nonprofit organization that ministers to low-income youth and children with disabilities through academics, athletics, and the arts. Childcare, preschool, before/after care, tutoring, summer camps, science programs, athletics, cooking classes, dance and step, performing arts, vocal lessons & more.

Dance ages 3 and up: Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Polynesian, Production, Tap, Tumbling. Private music and/or voice lessons also available. Summer programs for Dance and Cheer offered through the Starz Program at this location.
