Siren Jiu Jitsu is a woman-owned small business dedicated to providing quality girls' martial arts instruction. Our female-led coach is here to help young girls ages 6-12 achieve their jiu jitsu goals in a safe, supportive environment. Classes are also available for both men and women ages 16+ to adults, from beginner to advanced. There is a play area where younger kids can play while you train.

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
