Light and Life Therapy is a new mental health office in Norfolk, with current availability. We are actively accepting clients and referrals for both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. Our office is conveniently located within walking distance of the Light Rail and Sentara Leigh Hospital.

The Pierside Entertainment Center offers bowling, games, food, drink, music, and various entertainment. The use of six and seven-pound bowling balls and bumpers are restricted to children ages 10 and under. All bowlers must wear socks and bowling shoes.
The center is open to active duty, veterans, DoW employees, and civilians with base access.

COMPASS is a standardized Team-Mentoring program developed by spouses for spouses. COMPASS focuses on spouses new to the Navy; however, all spouses are welcome. COMPASS improves the quality of life through education, enabling spouses to understand, experience, and meet the Navy lifestyle’s challenges. With this knowledge and realistic expectations, their journeys can be successful and rewarding.
Military spouse owned, year-round developmental soccer program for all children ages 1-5 with Soccer Playtime sessions for 12 - 23 months, and 5 year old Advanced Skills sessions! Our sessions focus on teaching the fundamentals of soccer, as well as developing gross motor, social, and listening skills.
