Our Homeschool PE Classes will not only keep them active and healthy but will also teach essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

After-school care, spring/summer camps, basketball, cheerleading, gaming, golf, hip hop dance, karate, soccer, tennis,swim lessons, birthday parties available. Therapeutic recreation activities and camps are also available.

Founded in 2023, Suffolk Silverbacks Football and Cheer is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment where young athletes can develop their skills, character, and passion for the game of football. We are dedicated to fostering a love for sport while teaching the values of teamwork, discipline, and respect. Through quality coaching, positive reinforcement, and community engagement, we aim to empower our players to excel both on and off the field. Our goal is to nurture confident, well-rounded individuals who embody the spirit of the Silverbacks and contribute positively to society. Together, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our players and the community we serve.

Martial Arts ages 4+ . Academy programs include martial arts and fitness classes for kids, teens, and adults.

Dance ages 2 and up, Cheer Tumbling, Karate, Junior Ninja Warriors, Gymnastics. Before/After School Child Care. Birthday parties available.

Multiple programs for Hampton Roads families including fitness and athletic programs for kids and families, toddler programs, swim lessons, arts and theater programs, preschool programs, before/after school child care, summer and out of school camps, teen leadership programs and more.
