Coastal Virginia Aquatic Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of CVAC to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities. Each group at CVAC is designed to help swimmers reach a level in which they are ready to continue development in the next training group.

Our team is a year round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor.

Recreational summer swim league comprised of 19 teams on the Virginia Peninsula. Season typically begins in middle of June and culminates with a champion meet at the end of July or early August.

K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads. The club practices at locations in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News. Ages 7+

K2 Diving offers diving instruction for the new diver just starting out, to the advanced elite diver, and everyone in between. Formed in 2011, K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads and is the only competitive springboard dive club in the area, encompassing Southeastern Va. and a 100-mile radius.

Innovative and award winning, we teach survival swim lessons, stroke development, snorkeling, children with challenges and adults. Multiple teachers in Virginia, current instructors can be found on the link.

Swimming at the Y helps people thrive—in and out of the water. Swim lessons provide kids and teens with the opportunity to set goals and achieve success, learn water safety and enjoy swimming as a form of exercise. Through swimming lessons, swim teams, lap swimming and more, the YMCA of the South Hampton Roads provides a safe environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
