Prepare for a summer of discovery and excitement. Get ready to explore, create, and make unforgettable memories at the Museum this summer! Camps are available for ages 6 - 13.

✈️ Campers at the Military Aviation Museum take a deep dive into the world of aviation! From the Wright Brothers to the aces of World War II, campers will be able to engage with history and science in new and exciting ways.

✈️ Our camper-approved programs will challenge your child to become an aviator, engineer, and even a spy.

✈️ Campers will complete STEM challenges, participate in a variety of hands-on activities, and explore history in new age-appropriate ways!

✈️ Each camper will also have amazing opportunities to go behind the scenes at the Museum, and get up-close and personal with our amazing aircraft collection.

✈️  Through hands-on STEM challenges, guided tours, and activities designed to inspire and inform, campers are guaranteed to have an unforgettable experience at the Military Aviation Museum.

Ages: 6 - 8 years old
Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Overview: Blast off into the history of flight and space exploration at the Junior Aerospace Exploration camp! This camp is designed for young explorers who want to discover how humans went from flying airplanes to launching rockets. Campers will learn about historic space missions, design and build model aircraft and spaceships, and launch model rockets. Through engineering challenges, fun-filled lessons, and creative activities, campers will uncover the exciting stories of aerospace innovations. Register Here!

 

JUNE 22 - 26, 2026

Junior Homefront Victories Camp 

Ages: 6 - 8 years old
Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Overview: Step back in time and experience life in WWII during the Junior Homefront Victories camp! Designed for young learners to experience how people at home helped during WWII with hands-on activities and STEM lessons. Discover rationing, victory gardens, aircraft manufacturing, and more. With fun challenges, immersive lessons, and plenty of creative activities, campers will experience life in the 1940s in our unique Museum setting. Register Here!

Explorer Homefront Victories Camp 

Age: 9 - 11 years old
Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Overview:  Step back in time and experience life in WWII during the Explorer Homefront Victories camp! This hands-on camp is designed for kids who are eager to discover how airplanes are built, maintained, and how they fly. Campers will engage in interactive projects, experiments, and real-world applications of aviation engineering concepts. Throughout the week, campers will conduct flight experiments, test wing shapes in a wind tunnel, and learn how to rivet just like real aircraft engineers.
