First Home Care provides Therapeutic Foster Care and a continuum of community behavioral health services that enable children, adults, and families to receive the care they need in their homes and communities.

Tidewater Community Based Services include Crisis Intervention, Day Support-Group Day and Community Engagement, Individual and Family Outpatient Therapy, Art Therapy and Day Treatment services.

First Home Care operates a private day school, Oyster Point Academy in Newport News, Virginia that services special education children with ASD and other disabilities.
