GREAT BRIDGE PUMPKIN PATCH

Address: 125 Peaceful Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322
2026: Opens for the season Saturday, September 26, then open daily from 9am. Pre-picked pumpkins are priced by the pound, and the Inflatable Playland is $25 per child for all-day play, half price for kids 2 and under.

HICKORY RIDGE FARM FALL FESTIVAL

2026 activities: Cider donuts, free-range fresh eggs, fresh baked sourdough, produce grab bags, a free play area, and a coffee truck. Hay bales, corn stalks, mums, and freshly harvested pumpkins are all in stock. Pumpkin patch opens October 1st. HISTORIC GREENBRIER FARMS

2026: The Fall Festival runs Friday, September 25 through Sunday, November 1. Hours are Sunday to Thursday 9am-6pm, and Friday to Saturday 9am-10pm. There is no entry fee for the farm, and hayrides to the pumpkin patch are free. An $8 kids wristband covers the playground, bounce houses, corn maze and barnyard animals, with various vendors through the season. Parking is $10 Friday to Sunday. FRANKLIN

GOOSE HILL FARM PUMPKIN PATCH & CORN MAZE

2026: The pumpkin patch and the 5-acre corn maze are open, weather permitting. This year’s maze is cut with a patriotic design marking 250 years of America. Glow Night in the Maze and a Haunted Corn Maze after dark are both planned. The farm says full opening hours and fall event dates are still to come, so check their Facebook page before you go. Note that the pumpkin patch and the farm market are at two different addresses: the patch is here on Bethel Road, and the market is at 22173 Sedley Road.

Pumpkins are sold by circumference, and all proceeds go to the church’s military and outreach ministries. 2026: Pick-your-own pumpkins start Saturday, September 26, cut straight from the vine, and weekend wagon rides return the same day, running Saturdays and Sundays only. The America 250 corn maze is open now, with three ships and a compass worked into the design; it takes most visitors close to an hour, so it suits older kids best. Also on the farm: pick-your-own apples and sunflowers, farm animals, a free playground, and fall treats made on site including homemade apple cider, apple cider slushies, cider donuts and apple pie ice cream. The market and the free play area are open Tuesday to Sunday, 9am-6pm, and the farm is closed Mondays. Tickets for pick-your-own and the corn maze are sold online only, with none sold at the farm, and no pets are allowed. 2026 Activity:  Come to Hunt Club Farm for the area’s favorite Harvest Fair, running September 26 through November 1, 2026. Admission is $18 per person (ages 2 and under free) and includes the Petting Farm, TreeWalk Adventure and unlimited farm-tour hayrides. Monday through Friday, Petting Farm and TreeWalk only (no hayrides) is $15. The Petting Farm is open 10am-6pm, with pony rides 11am-5pm ($10 each or 4 for $30, ages 12 and under). Prices do not include entertainment tax.
