Youth- Apply for a $500 Martin Luther King Day Scholarship!

VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads will be awarding two $500.00 scholarships to youth this year as part of the 14th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service!

Youth must submit the application along with a one-page (typed or legibly hand-written) essay on what community service means to them and how it will help them throughout their lives.
One scholarship is available to youth in grades 1 and 2 and the other will be available to youth in grades 3 through 5!
All essays are due to VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads on:
Friday, January 4, 2013 by 5:00 p.m. via mail, fax or email.
