Loving Steps - Giving Kids A Healthy Start

The EVMS Healthy Start Loving Steps Program is excited to introduce the monthly “Empowering Moms” Series.

The first session will be focused on topics related to pregnancy and women’s health.

Where: EVMS Hofheimer Hall 825 Fairfax Ave, Norfolk, VA 23507 (Conference Room 758)

When: Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 1 – 2:30pm

Cost: Free

Description: February’s topics will include prenatal infection prevention, healthy habits for dental care, and an activity to get you moving for Heart Healthy Month.
