I was parking my car several blocks away from my office, near Symphony Hall in Boston, Massachusetts when the report first came over the radio.

A day that started out like any other, that would change us all, forever. Everyone old enough to remember that day knows exactly where they were the morning of September 11, 2001.

Here are local events in Hampton Roads to honor all who were lost during the 9/11 tragedy. #neverforget
