This summit is for current and expecting mothers, healthcare and birth workers, Home Visiting Programs and public school representatives to discuss the disparities surrounding women of color.

CHKD Sports Medicine and Old Dominion University Human Movement Sciences faculty will provide coaches of competitive sports clubs, high school, middle school, and recreation programs an opportunity to learn how to train their athletes to excel in sports.

For those of you who work with, or volunteer with children and youth, a FREE training is coming up on Trauma Informed Care.

The FREE training is certified by "Darkness to Light – Stewards of Children" and fills the requirements for Virginia Mandated Reporter Training.
