Share Facts Save Lives

What a great opportunity for ages 12 and up! A FREE half-day conference where you can learn about mental health/substance use prevention and how you can save lives!

Where: Chesapeake Conference Center 700 Conference Center Drive Chesapeake, VA 23320

When: October 2, 2021 from 9am-2pm

Cost: Free. Register by September 27th. The event opens at 9am and breakout sessions begin at 9:45am.

There will be three breakout sessions with topics including

  • Coping skills to avoid self-medication
  • Over-the-counter misuse for teens and parents
  • Mental health stressors that may lead to substance abuse

The luncheon speaker will have a question/answer session addressing the new marijuana laws. There will be a plated lunch, door prizes, vendor tables and raffles!
