Opera Tales from Virginia Opera!

The Virginia Opera’s last children’s opera of the season “The Princess and the Pea” is this weekend!

When: March 21, 2015 at 11am (lobby activities start at 9:30am)

Description: To end this first season of Opera tales we will present The Princess and the Pea, another Hans Christian Andersen favorite in a humorous adaptation by Dr. Glenn Winters. A young girl whose royal blood could only be confirmed by testing her sensitivity to a pea becomes a short opera sure to bring many laughs for young audiences.

Cost: Adult tickets $15, Children (under 18) $7
