International Museum Day Babar

This Friday at the Chrysler Museum, bring the kids out for International Museum Day activities!

Where: The Chrysler Museum, One Memorial Place, Norfolk VA

When: Friday, May 18, 2018 from 11am-3pm

Cost: Free

Description: Celebrate International Museum Day at the Chrysler with fun activities for the entire family. Join us at 11 a.m. in the gallery for a reading of Babar’s Museum of Art. At noon, head over to the Perry Glass Studio for a free demonstration. Learn about some of Walter P. Chrysler, Jr.’s favorite works in the collection during a 2 p.m. gallery talk led by Sally Schmidt, a Museum docent who knew Chrysler and visited his home several times.
