Dates: Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm, June 13 - November 27, 2020. 
Address: Chesapeake City Park, 900 Greenbrier Parkway, Chesapeake, VA 
Additional info: Public and vendors are to wear face masks.  The market will be configured to practice social distancing as much as possible.  There will be protocol of no touch of produce by the public but an amazing selection of items to choose from.


Dates: Opens May 30, 2020 for the season. Takes place on Saturdays from 9am-1pm

Additional Info: The market is open 9-6 with a full line of fruits and vegetables as well as many grocery items. As an option to those that do not feel comfortable coming in and shopping we continue to offer call-in curbside pickup. Call 757-930-2707.

Additional Info: Fresh, Healthy, Farm to Table choices! The Farmers Market at City Center, Oyster Point is back with all of your favorite vendors! 




Dates: Every Saturday from 9am-12pm
Address: Corner of 22nd Bay St and Shore Dr in East Beach Community in Norfolk, VA
Additional Info: East Beach Farmers Market is now operating in walk-in format, with regular hours of 9 AM to Noon. Come stock up on healthy, local food in a safer, open-air environment! There will be state mandated Phase 1 protocols in place, so see the info on the link for details. You are still able to pre-order with just about all of our vendors, if you want to be assured of getting the items you want and of touchless payment, or you can come shop on-site. 

Dates: Wednesdays from 3-7pm, beginning June 10, 2020 through September 2020.

Additional Info: Pre-orders are optional but great if you want to be sure to get certain items or be assured of 100% touchless payment. 


Dates: Saturdays from 10am-1pm 
Address: St. John's 424 Washington Street, Portsmouth
Additional Info: There will be market parking available on Washington Street and on a lot just off Washington, south of Queen Street. There will be no cars allowed in the church lot off London (just west of the Church). Only foot traffic (which will be monitored for safety distancing) will be allowed; please line up alongside the church on London Street to enter the market. All customers and vendors will be required to wear masks. Gloves will be provided and required for any "low touch" shopping. Some vendors are providing pre-orders for pick up or grab boxes.


Dates: Saturdays, from 9am until 12 noon. 
Address: Bank of Southside Virginia parking lot, 115 Main Street in downtown Smithfield
Additional Info: Social distancing walk-thru market 115 Main Street (Bank of Southside VA parking lot) Pre-order and pick-up curbside service is still available. Please follow CDC Guidelines for hand washing, masks, and social distancing.


Dates: Beginning May 2020. Saturdays from 9am-12pm
Address: 524 North Main Street, Suffolk, VA 23434
Additional Info: Order pick-ups are scheduled for Saturdays, 9 a.m. until noon, in a drive-thru process, circling through the Suffolk Visitor Center parking lot with vendors situated according to recommended safety practices in light of the COVID-19 crisis. Customers are to enter and exit the parking lot using the Constance Road access only. Pre-payment is required for orders as no additional on-site sales or walk-up customers are allowed. 



Dates: Beginning June 4, 2020 for the season. Biweekly on Thursdays, from 4-7pm, rain or shine.

Additional Info: KGFM is following CDC Guidelines and Virginia’s Farmers Market Association for hand washing, masks and social distancing. For the safety of our customers, all KGFM vendors and volunteers will wear masks.

Dates: Saturdays from 9am-12pm, weekly through October 31st and then November 21 & December 19, 2020.

Additional Info: We are cautiously heading back to our walk-thru farmers market! We have missed seeing all of our sweet customers. Most vendors will maintain Pre-ordering for your convenience. We are organizing our market in the best way to encourage space and good social distancing for our vendors and our customers. OBFM is following CDC Guidelines and Virginia’s Farmers Market Association for hand washing, masks and social distancing. For the safety of our customers, all OBFM vendors and volunteers will wear masks.

Additional Info: We're going to continue with the Drive-up / Drive-Thru option and limited walk-ups. We've changed our layout to limit contact between Vendors and Customers. All of our Vendors will be wearing masks for the foreseeable future and we ask that all of our patrons do too.

Dates: Saturdays from 8am to 12pm, June 13 - October 31, 2020
Address: Riverwalk Landing on the Yorktown waterfront, Water Street
Additional Info: Required spacing between vendors and a setup to avoid congestion in typically high-traffic areas. Vendors and staff who are engaging with customers will be required to wear face coverings. There will also be no open sampling of any foods and live entertainment has been put on hold. Hand sanitizer stations will be set up as you enter as well as signs stating that no one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted to shop the market. Many vendors say they plan to continue to offer pre-order, pre-payment, and pickup options, although it will be up to those individual businesses to communicate plans and to make arrangements with customers.
