Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Everybody can be great because anybody can serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.” Every year, organizations nationwide honor Dr. King’s legacy by making Martin Luther King, Jr. Day “A Day On, Not a Day Off”.

This year, VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads will be hosting the 13th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service on Monday, January 16 from 9am-noon at Calvary Revival Church. Volunteers of all ages are welcome to participate in the event that centers on community service and youth literacy. All details for the event can be found HERE.
