Reminder – The Great Pumpkin Challenge: Norfolk vs. Portsmouth

Has your family been carving pumpkins this weekend? If you live in Norfolk, or Portsmouth be sure to check out this event – The Great Pumpkin Challenge! What a fun way to show your city spirit!

This challenge is a “Pumpkin carving, Pumpkin displaying” contest taking place on Saturday, October 25th from 5:30-9:30pm.

To participate, residents of Norfolk or Portsmouth can bring their carved pumpkins, and a small battery powered tea light, to be included in the competition on Friday, October 24th (from 3-6pm) or Saturday, October 25th (from 12-3pm)

Drop Off:

Norfolk Residents should drop off their carved pumpkins at Nauticus, One Waterside Drive, Norfolk VA.

Portsmouth Residents should drop their carved pumpkins off at High Street Landing, Portsmouth, VA.

Display:

The pumpkins will counted, lit, and will be displayed at High Street Landing (Portsmouth) and in front of the Battleship Wisconsin (Norfolk) on Saturday, October 25th from 5:30-9:30pm.
