Featured Camp: Hurrah Players Theater Camp

No experience is necessary! Hurrah Players Summer Camp is an opportunity for young people to learn all about theatre with hands-on activities and workshop-style instruction. Campers will participate in Musical Theatre classes including Broadway Dance and Voice, Stage Acting, and Beyond the Stage Theater 101.

**There is an optional field trip offered on the first Friday of each camp and the last Friday is Camp Performance Day!**

  • Session 1: June 19 – 30, 2023
  • Session 2: July 5 – 14, 2023
  • Session 3: July 17 – 28, 2023 
  • Session 4: July 31 – August 11, 2023

Cost:

  • Mid-season membership fee: $25 per family (nonrefundable)
  • Camp tuition: $425 per camper (except for Session 2:  $375 – shortened camp due to the July 4th holiday)

Camp is held at the Hurrah building in downtown Norfolk. Located across from Chrysler Hall on the corner of St. Paul’s Blvd & Charlotte St. There are several local city parking garages within short walking distance. The performance day is held in our theater in the NEON District at 112 W. Wilson Ave.
