Date Night Idea: 6th Annual Heartbeat Gala presents Harlem Nights


Where: Hub 757, 6801 Bridgeway Drive, Suffolk, VA 23435

When: Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 6-11pm


DescriptionThe annual Heartbeat Gala is an elegant event to support local survivors/fighters of heart disease to bring awareness of the heart-healthy lives campaign. The purpose is to raise awareness and recognition of heart disease to our local community. The event has continued over the years to benefit educational programs, survivors & patients in need of monetary resources, college scholarships and health awareness events.

The Heartbeat Gala is a red dress and black tie affair that organizes the community at large and heart disease advocates together for a night of heart health education, networking, unity, and entertainment.

  • The event: a gala to raise awareness of heart disease and living a heart-healthy lifestyle
  • The attire: strictly a red dress and black tie affair
  • What to do first: grab cocktails and heart-healthy hors-d’oeuvres at 7 p.m.
  • The evening’s entertainment includes: music from a special celebrity guest
  • Other attractions: red carpet entrance, casino games, charity auction, live art, a fashion show, and a showcase of local vendors
