Dive into the ocean depths this summer! This exhibition highlights the adventure of deep-sea exploration and discovery. Fly a remotely-operated vehicle over a model of the Titanic’s deck. Explore creatures that live at the bottom of the sea. Control Alvin’s robotic arm to pick up sea sponges from the sea ­floor.  Children of all ages will love this hands-on exhibition with many chances to explore life at the bottom of the sea.

Maritime Adventure Camps select weeks now through August

Do you think that the sea influences your life on a daily basis? If you answered “no” you are in for a surprise! Join The Mariners’ Museum for a week-long camp as we explore the rich history and science of the maritime world! We’ll “sail” around the world making multi-cultural crafts, board the R.M.S. Titanic and design a vintage travel journal, become pirates and hunt for treasure, search for mythical creatures of the sea, and explore the deepest parts of the ocean.

Children ages 18-month to 5th grade are invited to join us each Monday through the summer for an hour and a half of stories, music, crafts and other activities.
