I was thrilled to hear about this event, a great way to get the whole family up, out of the house and ACTIVE this weekend!

This FREE event really does have something for everyone- martial arts demonstrations, obstacle courses, zumba, inflatable fun, prizes, and much more.

Where: Virginia Beach Sportsplex 2181 Landstown Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456

When: Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 10am – 7pm.

Cost: FREE (with prizes!)
