Postpartum Support Group (Chesapeake)

If you have an infant and are looking to connect with other moms for support, this group in Chesapeake is for you!

Where: The LIfestyle Health & Fitness Center, 800 Battlefield Blvd North, Chesapeake VA 23320

When: Every Monday from 10-11am (through Dec 13, 2021)

Description: After bringing home a new baby, you may be feeling overwhelmed, sad or anxious. These feelings might be confusing or difficult to manage alone. Consider joining our support group for postpartum moms to share your feelings in a safe, nurturing space. Our facilitators are here to guide discussion and present new ways of coping. It’s a great way to meet other new moms!

Cost: FREE and open to women during the first year after the birth of a child. No registration needed.
