A Pirate’s Life!

The Adam Thoroughgood House will be hosting Pirates this weekend! There will be a scavenger hunt and other pirate themed activities and games, as well as tours of the historic home.

Learn about the history of pirates in Coastal Virginia as well as what pirates ate, the rules they lived by, what they were superstitious about, and more!

Where: Adam Thoroughgood House 1636 Parish Road in Virginia Beach, VA

When: Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 10am-4pm

Cost: $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $3 for children. A tour of the historic house is included with admission.
