Parent Survey on the Health of School-aged Children

Would you like to be part of a study to improve the health of school-aged children in Hampton Roads?

As part of a research project, Eastern Virginia Medical School is interested in better understanding the health of school-aged children in Hampton Roads through a short survey for parents.

Who can participate?

Parents or caregivers of school-aged children, grades K-12, in the Hampton Roads area.
