Ticket Giveaway Winner! Dominion Energy Garden of Lights 2025

This great family event is BACK in 2025! It is a perfect local holiday experience to add to your family traditions!

Walkthrough a mile of beautiful holiday light displays as a part of the Dominion Energy Garden of Lights this season.

Where: Norfolk Botanical Garden 6700 Azalea Garden Road Norfolk, VA

When: November 7, 2025 to January 4, 2026, with admission beginning daily at 5pm.

Time slots are available in select one hour increments, depending on the date selected. Special events are also scheduled and are listed below:

• Friday, November 7 – Member Exclusive Night 
• Sundays, beginning November 10th – Barks and Bulbs
• Fridays, November 14 & 21 – Date Night
• Tuesday, November 18 – Pride Night

Cost:  Tickets range from $12 – $30 depending on whether you are a member, the age of the person you’re buying a ticket for, and the date of visit when purchased ONLINE*.

*If you purchase walk-up tickets the day of the event, there will be an additional $5 charge per ticket. Purchase Tickets Here.

Mobility Shuttle: The Mobility Shuttle is offered every night! For availability and booking please contact the Visitor Services Department at 757-441-5830 ext 0. Keep in mind seating is limited.

Description: Enjoy a leisurely walk through the Garden’s award-winning showstopping lights. This holiday season immerse yourself in more than 1.5 million twinkling lights – a magical experience like no other in Coastal Virginia. The Garden has been lighting up holidays in Hampton Roads for over 30 years!

Be on the lookout for your traditional holiday favorites along with the debut of the new Neon Fusion of Lights, new Dancing Pixel Forest, laser lights and more!

Don’t miss the sparkling Conifer Garden, the historic NATO Tower drenched in lights and the walk-through Mega Tree – the perfect spot to take a holiday selfie! #nbglights

With more than 100,000 guests attending in 2024 — and many nights completely sold out — this year is expected to be even bigger. Be sure to grab your tickets early!

Warm up with a cup of hot cocoa or a holiday treat, available for purchase throughout the event. All ticket proceeds support the Garden’s mission as a nonprofit organization. Mobility shuttles are available every evening; registration is required.
