ODU MathFest Scavenger Hunt

A FREE Math Event for kids in 3rd-8th grades in Hampton Roads!

Where: At each of the participating locations below, participants will be able to collect a unique MathFest activity and have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing for one of two Kids Fire Pro tablets by scanning a QR code at each site.

• Mariners’ Museum and Park
• Nauticus & The Battleship Wisconsin
• Virginia Living Museum
• Virginia Zoo

When: July 23 – September 5, 2022

Cost: Free. While the activity materials are free, participants should be prepared to pay admission at each location and abide by all rules and regulations the facilities have set forth.

Description: ODU MathFest is organizing a scavenger hunt across Hampton Roads so students and their families and find that Math is Everywhere in our community. Overall pre-registration is not required, but different locations do require pre-purchased tickets. Students will receive a unique math activity at each location.

By participating in the ODU MathFest Scavenger Hunt, students and their families found Math is Everywhere across our Hampton Roads community. Four partner locations are each offering a unique math activity. Students can earn an entry into our tablet giveaway for each location they visit!
